its not just about that tho, it also hits way harder than whirlwind
and also way faster if you count the pierce
not to mention the amp removing 100% dr
pierce is 100% but monsters lining up in it is not
3-6k + .5-5k~ amp'd throw @7frame VS 6-6k~ might decrep'd WW @4 frame is weaker and slower
Even in the provided video the amount of time hitting FOUR targets is low. You get some good lines but then the cleanup after that density is slow and things get skipped anyway.

I like to abuse that soul MF ritual to get 4.2k mf and then farm and hork the TZ, cow king, trav, all act bosses and the more fun 85 areas. With that crazy high MF it's actually fun to hork that many areas :P get tons of uniques and sets and also tons of failed uniques/sets
Quoting to highlight this is how most people are pvm barb'ing, more target killing and horking than density chasing. Because barb has better farms for everything OTHER than the pure EXP density clear of throw would give.
edit: just checked 120 barbs over level 95 on ladder at this moment. Not many chasing EXP.
