We can just call them whales, and it doesn't matter if they PvM or PvP. End result is same. I've seen quite a few heavy-spenders who only PvM.

It absolutely does because it changes the prices of items, meaning less people die because more gear is present, meaning more items are found, and therefore devalue my items when i find them. It also lets people snowball faster than they otherwise would. Again, the prices found in a legit economy reach different conclusions than one in a botted economy because of scarcity, which is basically eliminated in a botted economy.

Mosaic is busted, and absolutely does affect the pvm experience just to a lesser extent. You can keep telling yourself it doesn't affect a pvmers experience but its just outright false and the change in player account, with people specifically saying 'fuck this season's over' two weeks in says everything.

All you are doing is complaining that the $ value of items is going down and that patch after patch, blizzard has made it easier to pvm through new runewords such as mosaic for end game or mid game runewords that make it safer to get through the middle part of the game. Thus speeding up people getting to the end game.
