Sorry misread about the rare jewel in WF part. You are right that rare 30ed/18min/9max jewel outperforms 40/15max by ~100 DPS but you would never find one.

New impossible rare helm minmax winning telebowa setup (while still maintaining lifeleech) would be:

2os/30ed/20dex/20fcr/allres20 (or +2 ama)/8 lifeleech
Socket helm with 2x 40/15ias and WF with 40/15ias
Then use 20dex Raven Frost alongside a Wisp Projector for Heart of the Wolverine

Edit: adding Wolverine pushes this setup past the 40/15max WF even if you take away 30ed or 20dex from the rare helmet making it more obtainable

Edit #2: scratch all of that need the 10fcr from the ring for 16 frame fcr breakpoint unless you are willing to use 17 frame tele for more damage

yeah definitely need 30fcr. 20fcr is very dangerous

yea that wolverine wouldn't survive long anyway. the fcr ring is needed for utility stuff like leech unless you have a godly 2os rare circ with those properties
