I got some more info from a guy on blizzard forums who had extracted the files.

And blizzard wrote 40% faster between attacks, but it seems they added 70% rollback, not 60%^^ So already have those formula up in my excel from before and gonna change them from 60% to 70% rollback :)

Forexample 68skill ias, 10wsm, polearm, 137 ias aka 121 EIAS will then be:
5/3/4/3/6 fpa.

This means we will most likely have a bounch of eias breaks xD
The FPD i need to have a second glance at as well.

This is some really good info, what is rollback in this case?, also is the first hit the one that happens for shift fury?

still no one talking about the dog shit changes to werebear affectively leaving only boring fury wolf :wallbash:

Rather not talk much about it, or blizzard will change formula again lol, this way at least we have one viable shapeshifter in the game. But reallly werebear is slower, but at least he is uninterruptible and has more defense, blizzard mentioned that’s the direction they wanted to go, and have wolf be faster, that’s why I don’t think they will change this.

how boring....fury was already meta melee build. Lets kill all shifters so fury can be more meta? makes sense

It was very supbar, nothing meta about it, hard to find one in pve or pvp

I see fury wolves in every melee game I join what are you talking about? They are top melee build

They are ok in GM melee, but look at current GM melee ladder, out of 45, I think there’s 5 wolfs, and none are anywhere near top positions. Best GM melee is clearly zealot, they are uninterruptible and high defense

And I have to emphatize GM melee, because if you join a pub melee duel, there’s smiters, and there’s just no way you are killing them with fury wolf currently, seems like with these changes there’s a good chance now

Average damage of Scourge:

41,5 * 1,5(eth) * 4(300% ed) = 249 average dmg wep.
We use 9 x 3max/ar/life scs. = 13,5 average dmg.
249 + 13,5 = 262,5 average base dmg.
Fury ed%: 423
HOW ed%: 76%
Lets assume 150 str: 150*1,1 = 165 ED.
Lvl 20 might: 230% ed
52% deadly strike.
52% crushing blow.
10% ow(stops repl of ubers and such)
Lvl 15 fade. Gives us 30% dr in combi with Strings.

Vs regular mobs: 262,5 * (1+((423+76+165+230+400)/100) * 1,52 = 5562 AVERAGE dmg. 3/3/3/3/7 FPA

CHANGE:
130 ias = 5/3/3/3/6 FPA -- 25/((5+3+3+3+6)/5) = 6,25 attacks pr second

Old formula 25/((3+3+3+3+7)/5) = 6,57 (so yes, a little slower on real formula)

Although breakpoint is now 105 ias.
(LOH + HL + Stormlash + Duress = 115. Can skip the ias jool.

Regular attack formula is for Werebear and Werewolf and Human Druid, which includes normal attack, maul, feral rage (NOT biting attacks) :
Ceiling(FramesPerDirection*256/floor(256*(100+EIAS)/100;1);1)-1

EIAS formula:
Floor(120*IAS/(120+IAS)+SkillIAS-WSM;1)

Ias needed to reach EIAS:
Ceiling(120*(EIAS-SIAS+WSM)/(120-(EIAS-SIAS+WSM));1)
