Just wanted to respond before this legendary thread gets locked.
I watched the video, and after further review ... OP was telling the truth.
18 seconds into his provided video his position can not cast a blizzard on the mob that dropped the sur rune. ----- given the rune dropped at 22 seconds .. he would of needed the next cast to be on the mob to claim he was the one who killed it -------
However, I think he can, because without moving his mouse from 11 to 13 seconds in the video, he actually cast blizzard on the mob. ( I watched this way to many times, I have no clue how he cast blizzard where he cast it )
So with that being said, it is possible, that one of his blizzard cast at 19 seconds could of in fact killed the mob just the projectiles were off screen. ( Given the cast at 11 to 13 was not at the position of the mouse crousor seen on screen. )
I am not a blizzard expert, and while I could re-watch this video over and over and study the projectiles to find out if that 19-second cast was off-screen... I think even having to consider that possibility is all but telling of things that need to be left unsaid.
So, yes OP, you should of kept that sur rune, sorry for your loss, and sorry for your grief, I would actually open a counter scam article based off the evidence the host so willingly provided that you in fact did kill the monster that the host left behind, and was robbed of the FG you paid for the runs.
GL what ever you choose.
