Meh people make doom as much as they’re going to make this (after the hype dies down and they realize it’s not good) and Cham is one of the most useful runes outside of runewords. Besides any hr is gonna be hella expensive at the start of the season, if you’re going to dish out for one you might as well just go with faith and skip the temp

Only on melee, it's standard on ranged iirc.
