I just tested it and it does not interrupt your attacks with frenzy. It's actually very smooth. It also only applies to your main target and not an AoE cast.

This is pretty good attempt. Midgame runeword for barbs and merc but it is overshadowed by lawbringer.

If A5 merc was to be used in endgame. Give him the chance to proc amplify, conviction from A2 is too strong plus his native aura.

330% enhanced damage, ias, life leach. Felt like a meeker version of BOTD, but much cheaper. Honestly, the bridge weapon for my barb to full IK gear and grief.
