Thundermaul isn't as good but warpike has +4 range so you can click further away and hence not name lock as often

I see. Does the bug affect all short ww or just name lock ww?

The bug is about namelocks so I the further away you are the less likely it is to happen

They were already bad, I don’t think that’s nearly as much of an issue as everything else here

Well they cannot hit the 4f bp but their high damage make up for it, not enough to compete with GPA which does less damage but with 50% more hits.

However if you can do short ww consistently, since the first two hits are always 4f, and that is enough to kill most things. That’s a sweet spot you get the best of both and many Titan builds take advantage of this.

With this bug though, short ww without name lock seem to be very difficult to pull off especially against large mob or boss. Losing this edge these weapon would be just bad.

Correcting myself after watching the video more carefully. Hit register affects all short wws, not just name lock. So it totally breaks =/
