Maybe not mentally inferior but definitely culturally inferior. They don't even have freedom of speech. To me that is sad.

They can and have. I don’t recall any government sanctions or laws that prevent private citizens from doing so?

And if that’s the litmus test, why not go further and say Americans don’t have freedom of speech because we can’t yell fire in a crowded theater? Please.
