the video of this streamer has some inaccurate info provide by Aaron, but understandable, bcuz we're still gathering info about how d2r works.
the wrong info was saying the old breakpoints remains, now we know
some bps changed (thats why ppl reported odd bps)
the right info was saying we hade new breakpoints over the previous old limit (thats part was much more easy to know, just put shaels to see..)
d2 calc'd frames rounded up, so any xx,00 frame would get worse frame
d2r calc'd frames precisely, so any xx,00 frame will actually work!

but the 5 fpa laying trap he used eias 168, this is wrong for d2r, 5 fpa laying trap is 167, so
if you check the img you will see the need of 480 ias% to him achieve 5 fpa, the right answer
is eias 167, actually the streamer would need 'only' 457% ias to achieve 5 fpa
idk if this calc he used has more inaccuracies, but if we have one like img he showed we should be careful to use the old old calc too :P

the actual calc shows 42%ias needed to achieve 9 fpa laying trap with pb (-30 wsm)
now for d2r you can actually use 40% ias to reach 9 fpa laying trap with pb(-30 wsm)

example now you can achieve 5 fpa smite with only 46% ias (pb + fana aura 27)
if you try use the old calc / formula rounding up you will get 48%, this is wrong, the
video on the link show 46% ias for smite in d2r, peace
