that is true and as a temporary solution you better stick your 3~8 slot items in you chars personal chest to liberate space in shared stash for those 1~2 slot items just to be sure you won't be over 8kb. (shared stash save is not the same as the one of the char+personal stash and should save your items)

Tl dr : personnal stash is bugged. Put stuff in shared stash

Note that the items still have 3-6 affixes even if they are unidentified. Unidentified is just a tag (item stats are determined on drop). Rare rings and amulets are one of the easiest things to fill up character file size space. The worst being crafted rings and amulets.

WTF ! sad....

I sell unid rare ring ammy packs. Keep 14 open slots between personal stash and inventory and itll be fine. Jewels dont seem to poof unless its filled will all rare jewels. When i sell them i tell people not to fill up whole char with 1x1 items to avoid poofing.

Iv noticed things going missing as well. Gems some runes. Id jave like 20 of somthing and keep farming and then poof. Also when your moving from invent to stash. If your placing somthing near on on the 3rd square from the left at the top it has a chance to drop stright through the stash and onto the ground. Lost a few items that way. So I never move stuff from invet to stash near anyone.
I hate it so much.almost lost my shacko the other day.
