A good portion of this list is stuff almost everyone has, and had by the time you posted. Anything less than 20+fg probably isn't even worth considering. Look at it as a time investment. Would you rather find a high rune or, certainly possible, multiple HRs to trade or spend time on the forums trying to unload 5fg items that everyone has stumbled across.

A few quick examples:
Bloodfist
Arm
Bartuc
Corpsemorne
Frostburn

Yeah some of these are usable, but hold almost no trade value and that's just from looking at the first few items on your list. Once you have a pair for personal use, forget the rest. That or strictly keep only perfect rolls on many of the uniques you listed. The main two things to consider are actual usefulness and drop rarity. If it's a common drop that's used by a class that isn't played often, it might as well stay on the ground. Personally if I were you, I'd update the list and remove anything below a certain threshold in value. Many of these 5 and under items will clog up your mules fast and waste time trying to juggle inventory space when you could be hunting high runes. Holding onto too many items can definitely be a huge detriment to farm speed.

Yes exactly. Like the intro says, and that section is titled the bases listed are the most optimal choice. Which of course doesn't mean a deviation from the optimal is worthless, it just isn't gonna for a premium.

Someone wants a base quick and is gonna take what they can get.

Someone else is going to be satisfied with a Super that doesn't roll perf 15%

Someone else is going to wait for the 15.

And so on and so on.
