The only way to improve PVP

Is if they actually made legitimate matches as in you actually have to QUE for them and pick your items before the match like per say you have 1 minute etc. Pick chars and items. Unfortunately Blizzard is to stupid and doesnt give a rats ass about PVP. they only care about Mfing the same stupid garbage items a billion times over.
