I like the barbadianN and paladin for good level team. Once you're done,. Well... I like bvb and zeal..lol..bcuz I like the fair duel. You level both at once and you can duel with he.
I'd recommend asking
or even
a good 2h ww level build with double throw. You can use double throw until wbielwind and then you can keep good throw item on switch setting for god switch.
