Stop measuring your demon bind hard, it must be under 20 and SOFT or else it's too much for the conviction demon to take.

Then eldritch circlet, insight, fort, rhyme or set book.

You can have at most +4 to demon skills to bump the 15 hard points into demon bind to 19 including soft points, thereby averting the danger of automatically rerolling your bound demon's aura.

Okay now I see, hunting another conviction with 15 hard and 19 total soft.
