All the weapons already used will be fine even non eth as will death and ebotd.
Eth hone sudan will probably be up there, it’s what I already use for increased mf.
My default will still be insight. You can already see what your ar is sitting at in character screen, and let’s not forget warlocks have access to level 30 enchant, although considering I play p3 on rotw(all I paid for) I just use my chanter.

With the changes the new BiS will be a firelock or blood boil lock. So a hoto or spirit sword
I dont think ES lock is going to compete with a hammerdin or cold sorc anymore.

Firelock with typical caster gear.
Free conviction aura with bind demon
10 hard points to consume a tainted for the fire damage increase
maybe an A tier build for next season is about all we see out of him

Bloodboil will be best build for SSF or offline play

no more free conviction from demon ,blood boil is nerf with reduced aoe

I think echoing strike will still be the best p8 build, it didn’t need all the damage it had, even if you cut 200k down 75% with nerfs you are still spamming a 50k attack multiple times a second
Echoing never was the best p1 warlock build, so i bet it will mainly stay the same after the nerfs

Nah, echoing plays like trash without amp damage. It's going to be playable for sure but no longer better than the other good builds IMO.


Thats fine can still get an infinity, there's no phys equivalent to infinity, the closest will be Reaper's Toll... Also on demon builds the demons smack quite hard anyways.

I'm 99% sure Demon will be the best build, fire is powerful but by the time it finishes casting another build has already killed the elite pack and is teleporting to the next one.

They may make it such that staves are not in the 2 hander pool, why should lock get to use a sorc weapon better than a sorc?
