Battle.net NA is down it seems. If you try to use battle.net launcher, you won't be able to log in - huge spike on downdetector for battle.net. https://downdetector.com/status/battle-net/
But if you use the exe directly using something like diablo2 resurrected loader, you can connect to servers other than NA.
I'm looking at my char screen in EU right now after not being able to log into battle.net after using the loader, but can't use NA.
