Well it depends...
echo is quite good on low budget
it scales well also when you invest more into the build
but if we're talking about ultra high end BiS setups... no.
Portal Barb > 100% perf warlock (any build)
The current podium would be:
Portal Barb > Walking Tal Armor Warlock > Mosaic/Blood Boil > Echo/Nova > Java/Light sorc/Fire lock > Hdin etc...
Some would debate the order I listed above, but no one in their right mind could debate about the first 2 listed there.
