it's the same dmg as pure foh with strong hammers for both singular targets/bosses and increased dps during foh downtime. Pure hammer dps may be better but hammers don't work well in a lot of TZs due to obstacles/narrow hallways etc. Hybridizing lets you clear in more TZs by removing that pain point. This build has been around, it's not new. It's just an optimization on the hybrid build.

Foh has 10frames delay after casting

At 75+ fcr hammer takes 10frames or less to cast

You dont lose any foh dmg for going hammer. You get to cast anearly maxed hammer between each foh for free.

This is the maximum dmg output a paly build can achieve, best to clear crowded areas.
