they make up (a minimum of) 33% of the elites. and you're not gonna full clear with a blizz sorc

Why not? Full clearing is more fun than seal popping and we already established that if you’re on a cold sorc you aren’t min maxing

for the same reason you're not full clearing with a zerk barb. it's not efficient

Elites are random. You have to account for total mobs. Stop twisting facts.

fact is that 1/3 of the possible elite spawns are cold immunes. and more than that will be cold immune due to cold enchant/magic resistance

a blizz sorc excels at one-tapping elite packs, not at clearing every single mob in chaos. that's why my statistic is adequate while yours isn't. it's not twisting facts, it's simple logic
