Vester and I tested the ias for druid and tldr of it is with something like 65/70 ias (off weapon and weapon are now indistinguishable) and lvl 25 werewolf you achieve 3f attacks with a lot of weapons, it is also possible to make slow ass weapons fast

I think tomb reaver is still good, but mostly due to the resistances, seems achieveing 3 frames with it should be easy, and can probably do LoLoZod as sockets, which I believe should be better than 40/15 max but not entirely sure.

Grief PB at 3 frames seems relatively easy too, and for GM melee maybe EDC or ebotd zerker

Yes, i seem to get with greater maul and zero ias in it 4 frame attack with just 40 ias..

Wirh 71 % skill ias..

Thats a +20 base..

If we gonna simulate same eias that reaches 3 frames attack on -20 base we can do that by:
Eth botd thunder maul + treachury + hl + andariel + loh + nosferatus...

Thats a 2k? Dmg wepon with 3 frames...

That ebotd thunder maul sounds like the one slap dream versus smiters perhaps

This with 45ias/120ed helm and 15ias/40ed shaftstop for smiters perhaps

Ebotd thunder maul at 415% ed is 252 to 1390 hand weapon damage

I've been really out of the loop-is the fact that non-weapon IAS now counts a consequence of making the IAS calculations adhering to the human druid form (the once bogus change that now seems to be corrected by increasing the cap)

Basically IAS source of weapon versus equipment is exactly the same, makes no difference on final speed. Then WW skill IAS helps and finally weapon base speed, these 2 help more than the sheet IAS.
