no, the cap on EIAS is 150, once that is reached, no amount of skill ias or gear ias will change anything

also, 150 gear IAS is different than 150 EIAS. Look at the formula again:

if you ONLY had 150ias from gear and 0 skill ias, then your EIAS would only be 120*150/(120+150) = 66. You need the skill ias from WW to reach high values. PM me if you need more explanation.

Although it also seems that perhaps Grief PB 40% IAS (-30 WSM), lvl 40 werewolf, equipment IAS to reach 150, that is 45 IAS helm, 20 gloves 20 amulet, 15 shield and 10 belt, max 150, is the only usable weapon that maybe can reach 2 frames on its own?


this may be wrong, but verster tested thr 150ias, and it couldnt go 2f - whether that is the end all is yet to be seen

So on this one with 150 ias from gear/weapon with 70 WW ias and cryptic axe (10), I would have eIAS = 126 right? Could still benefit from more weapon/equipment IAS until formula = 150 correct?

As I understand from the eIAS formula, with Pb (-30) and WW 70, 150 ias in sheet would indeed be as much as you can benefit from. In fact you don’t even need that much.

all i know is my stormlash build is going to hit 3f lol couldnt be happier

3frame can be reached pretty easily! However, the 30ias frames don't match the equations exactly


How did you verify the frames?
I dont have a program to do so, i also lag a little it seems. But i went to legacy mode to test.
I currently run:
Tresher/warshyte. 0 ias.
Loh 20
Andy 20
Hl 20
Duress 45
Sias: 45

And it seems to me to swap between 7 and 8 frames when i take on and off gold wrap.
According to calc it should be switching on 112 on this setup.

The serial seems to be 4.
Im currently on 113 eias.

So i think my paw formula is correct.
But hell, even my great maul is fast xD

Okay when i test:
-10 wsm polearm
Lvl 25 werewolf 71 sias

Both 50 and 60 and 70 ias seems to have:
Same fpa paw attack. If this is 7 or 8 i cannot see xD according to calc its 7.

50 seems to be:
7/4/4/4/4

60 seems to be:
7/3/3/3/3

Which leads me to think the paw attack formula is correct. And im pretty sure it is.

But the serial attack dont change between those in excel.
So ill start there with more version of formulas and see if i get something to change..
