and its not that bad to reach, i dont think youd need to max werewolf but

30% ias from weapon, 20% HL + 20% LoH + 10% nosf/goldwrap + werewolf ias will clearly be able to reach at least 4f, maybe even 3f

wish we had more items in test realm, dont have lod on pc

Andariel's. The 2 skills will boost werewolf lvl from 20 to 22. Which is a clean 70 SIAS.
THen buy a base in town.
Treachury.
Nosferatus or goldwrap.
LOH/Sanders/Bloodfists
Highlord or cats

Thats:
95 ias.

Then buy a tresher/warschyte/giant tresher
Soc quest it. And find some shaels(w8 to use shaels)

First you test:
No items 0 ias for breakpoint 9/5/5/5/5
Andariel 11 ias for breakpoint 8/5/5/5/5
Andariel + Cats 32ias for breakpoint 8/4/4/4/4
Andariel + Cats + NOS 46ias for breakpoint 7/4/4/4/4
Andariel + Cats + NOS + LOH + Treachury + 1 Shael in wep for breakpoint 6/4/4/4/4

Then you do same with great maul / thunder maul etc for the lower breakpoints, but then you will need to have lower werewolf level, so smart to test that first.

Ofc without the 1 ias scs its hard to test 100%... But if several breakpoints fits like a glove its a big chance its correct.

Okay after testing with I can definitely confirm that ias can be all off-weapon. However, the equations don't seem quite right

Here was my test: level 25 ww (71 SIAS)
weapon: war scythe (-10 base, 2h polearm)

30ias: 8/4/4/4/4
40ias: 8/4/4/4/4
50ias: 8/4/4/4/4
60ias: 8/3/3/3/3
95ias: 7/3/3/3/3

3frame can be reached pretty easily! However, the 30ias frames don't match the equations exactly

this is very exciting, a whole new bevy of weapons are now viable

So what am I reading is virtually any weapon can reach 4 frames without ANY weapon IAS, and several can reach 3 frames 😱.
That certainly opens up a lot of weapons… tomb reaver probably should be 2xLo Zod or 40/15max x 2 Zod, the resistances help.. but if say Ebotd GPA can reach 3 frames with range 5 that is probably better, range 5 is quite nice.

This is of course unless Tomb reaver can reach 2 frames, but if almost all weapons cap and can reach 3 frames, tomb reaver 60 ias might be a bit of a wasted mod. Depends of course on equipment Ias, but at least 20 ias ammy + 20 IAS gloves + 15% ias jewel (helm or 30% 2 socket helm or even 45%ias/120ed helm) + some weapon IAS is very easy to achieve

yeah, I'm thinking death will be really strong too (for pvm where range isn't a huge factor at least)

Pretty sure nothing can hit 2frames, since I tested to the point where the EIAS was 150 and things were all still 3frame

If the cap were even higher than 150 then maybe
