I just need to be able to at least beat welfare smites in public PvP, seems FHR changes + 2 frames + extra AR + extra minions might do the trick, but smite is OP as hell

I wonder if uninterruptible bear would be better in GM melee if allowed. I think with these changes I will give GM Melee a try as well. I like versus all, but blizzard keeps ignoring FRW skill need, and we move wayyyy too slow.

I think I can get to 50K AR, 14K dmg at 2 frames range 4 tomb reaver, 46% DR, about 80K fg invested, might be able to at least win ocassionally against a trash smiter worth 2K fg. That’s how unbalanced this thing is, but as long as I can beat them in public PvP for fun, it is ok I guess

i'm pretty impressed with the PTR Werebear IAS at 150%, it's way less disappointing than I had anticipated with the extended cap, especially after experiencing Werebear IAS during the initial PTR patch release. It feels like a fair trade for uninterruptible after trying it out and they definitely opened up a lot of variablity.

That doesn’t sound bad at all, uninterruptible is a huge benefit

given how the first stage went this is a very pleasant surprise
