Yes but agree to a point but at some point you do go off the deep end. For instance you never would have been able to create a rule set to balance d3 duels.

Hopefully they stay within the confines of the diablo 2 framework and nothing gets too out of hand.

This sounds ALOT more like D3 seasonal ... where you have to do Bull Shit "seasonal journey" to "unlock rewards" ... so either these new runewords are gonna be ladder made only ... OR they are actually "ladder only REWARDS" where once u complete bullshit diablo 3 style achievements and tasks... u unlock the "ability" to make these new runewords on ur non ladder chars once the ladder rolls over to Non ladder. And then the following new ladder, there will be more runewords to unlock again.
