Yes but agree to a point but at some point you do go off the deep end. For instance you never would have been able to create a rule set to balance d3 duels.

Hopefully they stay within the confines of the diablo 2 framework and nothing gets too out of hand.

Add a mid-range rune +1 tele runeword for shield or helms. Voila, there won’t be 95% sorcs at reset like always.

add a weapon with +1 to hammer so there are hammerbarbs and hammer zons

This is great news.

I hope they add something that’s cheaper than enigma for teleport. Or a less OP version for cheaper.
