I think their original intention was to nerf sin bears. A lot of builds will definitely hit slower but at the same time BoS and Fana affects ias I’m guessing everyone in bear will end up 6-8 FPA.

As far as Druid bear goes their PvM dps is likely to similar than before as Fireclaws now require 40 less points so one can focus on physical damage. Slow but hard. Too many changes to PvP, have to test them.

Nah, they don't even know that other classes can morph into bear.

I think it was Gel who mentioned that BearSins hit insanely fast. I think everyone else using wolf/bear at the pre 2.4 speed is balanced, just not BearSins.

Uninterruptible should help quite a bit in PvP

Yeah they want it to be more like a tank, so added lots of defense and uninterruptable attacks to the bear. Still it's boring to play slow melee character so hopefully it's at least reasonably fast.

Yes this is an uncertaintee as well.
It depends if bear is gonna still follow the slow frames of druid, or if they gonna be following the frames of that char.

Lets assume it will use the frame of whichever char uses it, and then look at assassin.

11 fpd / 208 animspeed.

Ceiling(11*256/floor(208*(100+150)/100)-1 = 5 frames as fastest....

very happy to report, after testing an azurewrath with a bunch of IAS gear, the frames feel nice. Cant say exactly but feels at least ribcracker speed. Tried ebotd and it felt REALLY fast. Will wait for the math guys to prove it

further, i tried 5 shaeling a phase blade and it felt at least 4f, possibly 3f - with sheet ias at +175% amazing
