Not sure if CB helps incase you do not use Lightning sunder and u face unbreakable Lighting immune and trying to kill him with Jab skill ?
1 hard pnt into Jab + 10% CB + Merc's Might aura helps for killing fast a lighting immune ( usually happens to be a boss)?

Kb/str/dex/res I would perfer all this before ml/ll/cb/mf.

I dont really understand this hype with ml in pvm. Never have any problem with mana at all. Not sure if pvm guys is missing their targets or what it is. But this game is so ez in pvm so u 1 shot everything.

Diablo P1 dies in one hit even when you don't min max dmg. It's not "probably useless", it's "certainely completely useless". Only place where I might consider crushing blow is P8 uber mephisto without sunders, but who would want to do that with a javazon?

This. But unfortunately very few people craft caster gloves. On Java +3 maek give more mana return than 3% ML, especially if u use Tstroke.
