I used a Occy (ist'd) when d2r first came out... eschuta is 100% better

i also played around with Hoto for more resistance (I Found did not need it)

you forgot to circle the whole part about "lightning spells" IE skills ie... +20% lightning SKILLS Damage from eschutah's

im dumb founded by how dumb you guys are about pvm... must be all new to the diablo 2 franchise

20% is accounted for, which is why lightning mastery shows 434 and lightning dmg shows 454.

the 20% is additive with 434%, meaning it's a 4.6% overall increase

If I have $100 and got $20 more, that's an easy 20% increase, right?

If I have $334 and got $20 more, is that also a 20% increase?

If I had $334,000,000 and got told I would get 20% increase of that, and then got $20...do you think I got what I expected
