There are too few shapeshift players unfortunatelly, mostly because the class in generally underpowered, not enought will complain, so it will likely stay this way. Best move would be to just remove the whole shape shift tree and create a new one for some more elemental druids synergies.

just browsing my ptr account, the "set items" they included on the mules were everything from cathan's through naj, but nothing useful except for full ik and tal's on sorc and barb char. the people in charge of this stuff do not actually play diablo 2 in any way, shape or form. the entire inventory of items and available runes to make the items that people actually use is extremely lacking to start with, i'd have to use a half-built sorceress to go mf the rest of the items that i need.

Your first thought was shared by me, that they had a middling or limited grasp of the game mechanics, or simply didn't play (ie hey I'm looking at this code and it's DIFFERENT but it's the SAME CLASS let's SET IT TO THE BASE DRUIDS IAS TO MAKE IT SIMPLER)

It's the only way they could have thought the "fantasy" of a shape-shifting druid meant slow attacks were more engaging gameplay

This has to be what happened, because honestly this makes zero sense at all, and it is probably the biggest nerf to any class that has happened in the history of Diablo and probably any RPG game in history. This cuts the DPS by like 90%.

Well you wont be able to kill anything that’s for sure lol. All other classes got pretty massive buffs, we got a massive nerf

Was very excited to have a 4frame stormlash with hurricane, themed build would've been a lot of fun
