100% agree with u. Those who don't know, expoding arrow can proc up to four times with 100% pierce.

I don't believe this bow was meant for an Amazon. It's easy to get pierce with one skill point and razor tail. I have a feeling it might be for another class

can proc up to 5 times, and if monsters are clumped the explosions can shotgun and hit the same target more than once per arrow.
Course it requires mobs to be really clumped up, like cows. Arrows can hit on each frame as a new pierce/explosion as short as 1 tile distance from the last one (1 tile = 0.66 yards, and the explosion has a radius of 5 tiles = 3.33 yards, and hitchecks against each targets hitbox which can be 1/2/3 tile radius for size 1/2/3)
