Plenty of builds where spirit isn’t BIS.

Looks like early ladder it will be nice for barbs to have a cheap weapon. But this doesn’t do anything for hell setting. Maybe make a5 merc tank?

nice early-mid rw imho
has good c/p and does not influence the top market.
both barb and a5 merc could benefit from this.
