I don't know the trick to finding the entrance from durance lv2 to 3 but just teleporting around (even without max fcr) and hugging the outer wall and going clockwise works 100% of the time... like you're following the walls of a maze.

Left from the exit of the tile where the Wp is. Teleport to the wall go clockwise and the entrance will either be on top or to the right depending on your starting position. There are guides on YouTube
