TBH im extremely happy with the changes, BUT i also think a bit more QoL wouldn't hurt. The changes so far (besides a few) have only increased the experience. I loved playing the Alpha and Beta and all the tiny changes by themselves may not seem like much, but actually made a huge difference.

Well Rod Fergusson specifically commented on twitter saying "no more new features till after launch". So i wouldn't expect anymore changes or additions for news beyond what old bugs they did and didn't fix. (and WHY) Until at least a few weeks post-launch. I *do* expect additional changes like Rune/Gem Stacking and Charm inventory post-launch. As well as additional ladder content. As these were both mentioned in their recent survey.

Well, I don’t know about Christmas or whenever else, but Rod specified at launch after claiming it wasn’t happening, so I don’t think we can rule it out indefinitely.

I’m hoping once the game launches people will focus their attention elsewhere.

And for the record I am chill, I just don’t appreciate asshole developers gaslighting and talking down to paying customers after supporting their game for so long, especially when they talk out of both sides of their mouth.

On your other point, what would you want max stack sizes to be if they added stacking of runes and gems? 10? 100?

Yea he did say that! I’m more concerned that after he told Twitter they weren’t doing it he commented to someone else reiterating it wouldn’t happen at launch.

I didn’t say Blizzard was doing this to me specifically, I actually haven’t engaged any of them in conversation, it’s a lost cause IMO. But telling long time supporters who are replying passionately with explanations about why they should leave the core mechanics as is with things like “Relax” and “You’re literally fighting against something that isn’t happening” after previously stating they were considering it, and then to continue on and suggest it still may be happening at a later date, is gaslighting his player base and talking down to them. Suggesting these same people are intolerant to hearing other’s opinions isn’t correct either, the majority are just voicing their opinions on the subject.

I wouldn’t mind if he was telling everyone to cool off, because everyone does need to cool off, but I think his bias is divisive. No es bueno.
