15 is potentially what you will need in bind if they allow active aura to remain when bound.
Blood oath should have been max or close to it already, so that’s a non issue.
It would be nice if they learned how to make skills scale properly and factor in what they do with bonus skills. Rather than the way they try to add new 5 tier bonuses that never existed in D2 prior. I really dislike skills that require dedicated 20 points unless it's in your synergy requirement. Synergies also need to be spread across trees like the following 30 pt talent fire gets a level 1 lightning skill synergy 24 gets a level 6 in another tree and 18 gets a 9 etc from another tree. I know it sounds slightly convoluted but there reason for different tree synergies is it would allow a spell to be used for immunity tactics. Each tree being an all in kind of thing is a little sloppy for design to deal with immunities in the first place.
