On HC, max safety > 11% faster kill rate imho. Tier 5 heralds and Disconnects know why. Play like you want tho. If you need your 125, use your 125. Not a big deal.

35% dr is not saving you from a herald hit. if you get hit you're dead.

It 100% helps. I tanked a massive TZ96 Doll Herald pack straight into my face a few days ago in a full game. Never went below 60% HP.

DR isnt 35%, its over 70%. 50% with gear (Bone Break 10% already subtracted) and then additional 43% from Blood Oath which results in 71,5% effective DR. This value combined with a bit over 4K Life is enough to keep you alive no matter what. Same with Nilathak. TZ Nilathak, no Slain Monsters Rest on Peace or so. He CEs my face and I dont care. Do that with 125 fcr. I bet you cant.

True for all classes - except warlock. I dont move like a golem, I move like a gazelle and kill like a tiger oneshotting everything in full games and nothing survives anything - except my warlock. No turning back from tier 5 heralds, no fear of disconnects.

Keep preaching 125 for your 10% faster killing and moving around. I keep preaching the Immortality Gospel.

Stormshield is fine on hardcore. A lot of the people who shit on SS for HC builds either don’t play hardcore or run around with a level 55 BO barb and 45 life skillers filling their inventory. Not saying SS is the only option, but it’s a perfectly reasonable option in many cases.
