You can't leech from mephisto, but you can from the other two, but only a little.

uber Mephisto have 0% drain effectiveness in Hell
uber Diablo have 15% drain effectiveness.
uber Baal have 20% drain effectiveness.

i did uber with warlock set and it was super easy
