You should make 3 categories OP:
1. Leveling PVM
2. Fg grinding PVM
3. PVP

Druid is for example S-tier in PVP, F-tier in fg grind, C-Tier in leveling (fire)
Necro is S-tier in PVP, A-tier in magic find and B-tier in leveling (poison nova)
Barb is A-tier in PVP, S-tier in magic find and HRs, F-tier in leveling.
Sin is A-tier in PVP, C-tier in magic find with enigma, B-tier in leveling.

P.S.: For reference, unpatched Warlock is S+-tier in PVP, B-tier in magic find and A-tier in leveling.

Sorc is the only SSS class (esfb, tal blizzard, novs sorc).
