Are you shared stash packed with crafted or rare rings etc?

I was going to do a bunch of crafting but I'm suddenly not interested

I don't have many good items anyways. If I craft I might do it all on a side account

Does this just make items poof or some change like previous posters say. Has anyone tried cramming an entire account with crafted rings etc and seeing if they change into something better
