that was a sick BVC helm in legacy. because there was no delay between each WW. and allowed to use 105 fcr BP for some match up which was much fun. in d2r i would use griffon for that. +1 skill instead of trash 30 frw

would still be sick for a zerker now but trash for WW. too much frw = too fast WW on enemies = more delays between each ww = crap. good BVC nowaday should even use FRW malus from heavy armor + zero frw boots + zero point into increase speed to make WW worthy.

for a 100% zerker barb i would use max frw and then reintroducing that helm would mean something. BUT D2R is dead

Cool idea but they will never add this in the game. They don't care.

I would take out the Ber for a Jah as well. 08 valk with dr seems a bit stupid, and Ber is already used in all the good runewords. Jah is only good for Enigma and nobody in the right mind makes a Last Wish or a Faith unless theyre experimenting for fun or trolling.

Anyway back to main point of thread

what they SHOULD make is new runewords that unlock viable pvp/pvm archetypes that don't exist right now, either by giving us oddball damage items for shit that doesn't work at the moment, or access to the few oskills that work but aren't in use
there are still some interesting permutations without adding any additional code / assets to the game

for example any weapon with % chance to cast teleport on striking will result in you forcibly teleporting enemies/players you hit, which would be hilarious on a pvp bowazon.
or the leap attack oskill works on assassins using their backflip animation, so it could work on a claw runeword (other classes have missing animations, at least in d2 legacy)
or the decoy skill, which works as a dopplezon for all classes and will summon an amazon with your gear instead of whatever class you're on

others could leave it to the imagination. Hell, add % convert physical damage to {elemental} with minimal coding required by just copy/pasting the fire arrow code



but uh, if they ARE going to do that kind of runeword... put more thought into it than they did with mosaic...
