So I know we need testing on the IAS changes, but going by the 200 cap IAS calculator, which now is 150, and taking into consideration whatever that 40% fury means, and their “faster than before” speeds promised, it seems more weapons will be able to reach 4 fpa, and possible some of them 3? E.g. tomb reaver. The summons change can be useful in a few duels.

Werebear increased defense and uninterruptible attack, looks prime to finally dethrone the OP zeal Paladin in GM melee duels. Potentially depending on how the speed plays out Fury druid speed + AR bonus should also make it a top GM melee contender.

Unfortunatelly without the MUCH needed FRW skill, we will still be considered trash Tier in PvP, outside of GM melee of course

I posted this, to get better explanation on the whole 40% faster between attacks on fury:
https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/d2r/t/ptr-version-2-early-feedback/111695/3

What i found in excel is:
Paw attack for wolf(fury initial attack etc seems simular as before)
Serial attack for fury seems inzane fast, 2 frames with some strategic build, but that is if i understand the patch note correct.

Paw attack for bear is nerfed down to max this:
6 fpa polearms/bow
7 fpa 1 handed swing. (Phaseblade, axe etc)

Reaching this however without any skill ias resulted for me that a pb need 1080 ias to reach 138 eias which is the last breakpoint.
Wolf reach this easier as he has skill ias.

The last eias break is 143 for polearm etc...

I made a excel sheet on pc, but somehow failed to mail it to myself or my one note... So i will make a new on my phone xD

This is very promising we will likely be Tier S GM Melee tier at least 😊
And possibly this coupled with the stun changes, maybe we can finally kill all those noob OP smiters in PvP?, makes no sense it is such a hard match, should be about the only build we can kill in unorganized BM PvP. Maybe that will finally be the case in 2.4

It does seem werebear got shafted on IAS, unclear if the added defense and uninterruptible makes up for it, it does seem to me like in GM Melee it might be an improvement, but maybe not anywhere else.

It would appear Wolf will finally be as fast as at release maybe even faster, sound promising, hopefully someone can test tomorrow

With all 2 hands, with exception of:
Spears
Swords
Crossbow

You can get 6 frames with 143 eias. So yes teoretical you can.

7 to 4 frames is a very significant nerf, wonder if blizzard will do something about it or not. They said they wanted to make bear tankier and the wolf fast, so it does kinda go inline with what they said
