So can anyone actually test and confirm what I tried to figure out for some time yesterday: Does the exploding arrow affix on bows like Kuko Shakuko now actually work on A1 mercs, or is it just a visual bug that shows explosions?
The logical way to test this is with enchant and a cold merc, since she doesn't use exploding arrows as a skill.

They're changing a litteral MASSIVE amount of stuff. Programming is easy to introduce unintentional changes touching some code here that is related to code in 1 or more other places. Its why the PTR exists, to catch this stuff

On that note, I don't think they can get 2.4 working well enough for a live release any time soon. Atleast 2 more months imo, but they'll get it there

Funny how a couple months ago they improved ias by removing the artificial caps preventing bowazons and fury druids to attack as fast as they should attack, all by mistake.

While this was good for balance (making melee chars a bit better) they removed it, and in this new patch they managed to make fury druids attack 3x slower apparently.

Fury druids op so they needed slow down his attack speed otherwise the wolf would be breathing all the time and be running out of stamina. Perfectly balanced if you ask me.

if it is really to that extent, vtpk/fpk/pubs all that about to change. "diminishing returns" I guess equals one stun and done.

I think you're onto something. They should fix the ias, but make feral rage and fury consume 60 points of stamina per attack

The only small problem is when you PvP, everyone might think your wolf is in heat...

Nothing works. Smit foh does not work. Sw cano does not work. You can even tele out of wof and mb with 0fhr. Pvp will be totally dogshit

Lets hope for sake that its just PTR right.. only reason this game is even remotely alive is because of PVP. It seems off, i doubt they will let FHR be affected to this degree.. but then again this is blizz
