I completely agree with this, we remained mostly the same, while we were supposed to be the class with the most changes/buff as per their official statement on 2.4 goals
They definitely need to address mobility, because this is getting dumb, how can we be the only melee class with no passive FRW skill or teleport, you would think that’s the first thing that comes to mind, perhaps in pve it is ok due to feral rage but even then every 20 seconds it runs out often.
I think that everything that has happened with the IAS "bug" pre-2.3 and this PTR serves as solid evidence that the developer teams Blizz has on board right now are very unfamiliar with wereform builds. If this isn't good evidence, I don't know what is. I think they came into the D2R project with a very poor or limited understanding of their mechanics and, to be honest, it seems like they are just winging it with these changes to see if something sticks. In my mind, this explains why they haven't addressed mobility... it's a glaring and significant issue that wereform players have long been familiar with, but continues to go unmentioned by anyone at Blizzard because they don't even know the issue exists. I don't trust the developers to make the right decision when it comes to improving wereform classes at this point. I think it's very much a wait-and-see type of thing where a number of things can happen...will they implement another change they feel is a buff, but is in reality a nerf? Will they implement small and insignificant buffs (i.e., this AR buff) that still don't make us remotely competitive with other melee classes, but stop there because they think it's enough? Will they actually introduce serious buffs that would level the playing field? It's honestly too hard to tell.
