You're telling people who consistently played this game for 10+ years they don't know how FHR works but in fact you don't understand how FHR and stun lock works.

If you don't know something you don't have to have an opinion ok?

Many assassin players want WSG in the game. At least the good sin players. Because without wsg, duels are too easy and people cry about trapsins.

I'm really disappointed that veterans of the pvp scene such as yourself aren't defending WSG. You know as well as I do how much depth and fun it adds to the game, allowing for a plethora of matchups to be way more competitively viable. It's truly a shame.

Imagine thinking you're good for playing in a league that bans wsg.
That makes you worse and less competitive.

Wsg is a mechanic that people on west/east took time to practice.

you guys know there was a time before the masses knew how to wsg.
there were a lot more duelers back then. (edit: and I know people are overall better now, but still far less numbers)
there was fpk back then.
people played trappers, no one bitched about it, they just tried to avoid getting trapped, and if they got trapped, it was an aspect of the game and people accepted it.

but in the last 15 years, everyone got used to wsg.
so now try to take it away and everyone complains.

people will adapt to whatever changes.

honestly I think a big part of this is no one practices escaping without wsg for the last 15 years, so people are worse at it if they are forced to not have wsg. because they are so used to this mechanic now.
just my 2c

I think it'll be fine either way.
if it's fixed or not.
d2 was d2 before wsg, it will be d2 post wsg if its taken away.


good that wsg desync is gone tho.
fuck that shit that prevents you from clicking on someone with anything melee because they are wsg desyncing around.

Ziecheik! I recognize the legendary kicksin player when I see one.

Back in 1.10 read all the guides for example Xombies pvp necro guide.
Every tactic vs trapsin is "stay away from traps, stay far away."
Very defensive and outdated as of late.

Btw: I built on your kicksin guide many times in 1.10 and 1.11, was one of my most played characters back then. Most fun caster killer imo.

Pretty much agree with this. WSG is a glitch. Don't use a glitch as a crutch. I hate when games just accept glitches as unintended mechanics and keep them. So personally I'm glad they're addressing it and getting rid of advanced glitchy "tech" in pvp tbh. I for one will be doing majority of my pvp on console, I don't care if I can't be as technical on console/controller. It just means I don't have to deal with far casting garbage and the like. Also I doubt stunlock will be nearly as prevalent on console in general so I'm optimistic.
