sure overall infinity is still better than before, but literally going from enemies having 10% resist to now having 78% resist is insane...

i didn't even get to play it and im already sad my build got nerfed

Finally, a sane well thought and a well articulated post/critic. This guy isn't a crybaby.
I understand your disappointment as a player who wanted to try some new stuff but the change would've been too OP in case of light and fire sorc.

does this apply to cold mastery? or just conviction and lower resist?

when/where does facets factor in?

Not quite the same, cast delay is a big pain in the butt. You can do max 13-15k blizzard damage in pvm gear, with -195% mastery 30k damage per shard is still lower and slower compared to what you can do with a fire and light sorc but yeah the later is much more expensive to gear.

if you where actually successful at life and dont need twitch/chats support you would likely just live your life and not even concern yourself with twitch

so on some weird level you have to essentially pretend (or not) you are some dumb sap who is soo greatful to have the support of their followers and you couldnt possibly function in society without them

Yep, outcry that cold mastery was op, they assured it wasn’t, preceding to nerf the other elements’ sunder to make cold mastery op.
