1. click the 'gear' next to the PLAY button in the battle.net app
2. select 'Game Settings' in the menu that appears
3. select 'App' from the menu on the left
4. check box next to 'Allow multiple instances of Battle.net'

i tried this, it worked, then when a game crashed, i couldn't reconnect to bnet.

When I login, it shows my games and my friends list, but the news area just says "we couldn't load that" and has a reload option that isn't working. I can open games, but cannot connect to bnet.

The first time it happened, i restarted my computer and then it worked.

It just happened again, but this time restarting isn't solving the problem.

any ideas?

Edit- logged out, closed all of the bnet in my taskmanager, then i relogged and it worked. i tried it earlier, no success, but did it again and this time it worked. unsure as to why.

what are the benefits of having idle accounts? i know you get added experience, but doesnt the 'no drop' reduction only apply if the players are nearby? does idle players +3/5/7 impact super chests even if they're not close to you?

ok thank you! so it's less so about just more MF possibilities? i was hoping you'd get better drops/loot, but if no drop is only affected by close proximity then it may not be as useful for me.


if it impacts super chests like Lower Kurast then i'll def do it
