i know some have 3rd party sales like pretty much middlemen for sales and the site gets a cut. im no expert on liability or legality, but i think if they found an exploit that could be profitable, that it would be utilized. there's also probably an easy legal out that they gave the item to customer and never speciified that it wouldnt poof, but who knows

You don't know what the "real dupers" are doing or how much they overlook something

The way he reacted to the claims was more guilty than the evidence needed

i'm more concerned about the botters like maxmiller who ensure the joy of playing this game evaporates 10 days into a season tbh

dupers are small problem and blizz actually does something about it eventually unlike bots

That's good they ban them but at least with bots people get their items... Having it vanish after investing blows I'm sure

E/ trust me I wish they would ban them all actively always loved playing legit

depends on what gives you joy in diablo 2

if you just want to make tons of fg, then yeah by the time you find anything good chances are the market will be so trash that your shako is only 100fg

but theres a lot to do in the game and plenty of fun to be had apart from getting rich...

i have plenty of fun and dont really care about fg much

i don't care about fg at all. i care about the fact that when i go to play online, i'm playing with mostly people who bought their gear from a bot or used a bot to find it. there is zero joy when there are very few legit people to play with. you feel like an underpowered dork in comparison.

and yeah there's single player but there's better games to play alone imo

yeah thats true... hard to avoid any botted items

i used to play with the same guys for years and they all botted / mh

when i told them i wanna play legit and dont wanna mess with that they got offended lol

but the game is so much more fun for me now... but i'll admit its difficult to find good people to play with
