Only when allowed you can pick gear from body and still not gear from inventory or stash.

Oh wow that's crazy. Is it common for two PvPers to allow gear pickup in hardcore before the duel or no?

Sometimes if it’s arranged. If a pub PvP less likely. Or if you do they’ll get mad they died and SE before I can loot

Some ppl just have to let the world know their opinion on HC PVP, whether they actually have experienced it or not lol

People should be free to enjoy the game and pvp however they like.

But if they talk all big about beating a guy 2v1 then they should be prepared for the incoming smacktalk ;)
