rule #1 no throwing potions
rule #2 all headwear must be green
rule #3 no items with even values of absorb, only odd allowed
rule #4 all chars must have gheeds fortune in inventory and be able to show on demand
rule #5 players hit by a 'hit blinds target' attack need to turn off their monitor for 5 seconds
