Well, it either wasn't 3 seconds or it was a hack then.

act 5 is known to be the heaviest for processing power

and frigid is known to take a couple of seconds too.


he probably has a crap computer and didnt preload the maps or preload the act for that matter.


There are methods to pk -bypassing the timer but this is rare and almost a rumor

always, ALWAYS wp into town first. dont cross acts directly to the wp you intend to use
